Sorry, I just re-read my first comment today and realised it sounds a little pissy. Didn’t mean it that way, just disappointed after waiting and waiting to see this new “more retro” themed charger that everyone keeps talking about. It may not be exactly what alot of us want, but the fact that your at least trying is appreciated.

They’ve been saying the new 300c and charger are coming in 2011 for a while.
Anyway. . . what is going on with the Challenger pricing? I know that ABS and the esp is standard now which makes the base V6 challenger a better deal now (still not competitive with the camaro but we’ll leave that alone for now) but why in gods name is the G package $2800? It seems that all you get for that is 18″ wheels and a leather wrapped steering wheel and shift knob. For $2800? Really?
And raising the price on the r/t and srt? Yikes!! That puts dodge’s 375hp car $1,000 higher than chevy’s 425hp one. I mean even the model comparison on dodge.com is sad. The only pluses it lists are that it’s bigger and seats 1 more person. FYI; rear seat room isn’t the criteria most people use to decide which MUSCLE car to purchase.

I really like the new Dodge Ram…Can someone please tell me what some car sites and blogs are talking about a seperate Ram brand?Sounds dumb to me,I want a Dodge Ram.It will scare people away,in Canada they used name changes on its cars and sales dropped off.Then the renamed them back to Dodge and sales picked up..if this is true..DONT DO IT..

i bought a 2008 dodge avenger se, and i love it. it is a stylish car that all of my friends talk about. It has 43,000 miles on it and i have not had a single problem with it! Thanks Dodge for making such a awesome looking and very nice vehicle, that is not as expensive as it looks to be. I do not wish to have any better car, the dodge avenger is an awesome car.

How about a Dakota with either the Pentastar™ 3.6L V6 Engine, or much better, the 3.0 V6 Turbo Diesel from the Sprinter? 215 HP, 370 ftlbs of torque, 23 mpg in the Jeep Grand Cherokee-you would own the small pick up market. You have the engines, they will fit in the truck-what are you waiting for, Toyota to come out with the equivalent in the Tacoma and Tundra?

I have to agree with Eric – you really need to put the 3.0 Turbo Diesel into the Dakota to create a new class that you would own. Until this or something similar I’ll stick with my old truck that gets mileage as good as any currently offered and still tows the boat.
