I have had nothing but trouble with my 2009 Journey. It doesn't want to start. I bought it used. First they changed the battery, next they changed the immobilizer to the security alarm system, third they backflashed the immobilizer, since none of this worked they made a new key. After about 3 weeks it is now worse. It has had difficulty starting 5 times in the last 5 days. I feel very insecure in this car, never knowing whether it will start when I get in it. It does it when cold, hot, warm, being driven or not being driven. I would very much appreciate a replacement to this vehicle. Stalling and continuing to work on it is causing increased depreciation and costing me money, time, stress and lack of freedom to use my car for pleasure. I have driven Dodges for30 years and never experienced a chronic problem. That is why I continued to buy one when my 2003 Grand Caravan gave out at 209,000 miles. By the way it starts better than the 2009 Journey. I would greatly appreciate a manager from Dodge getting in touch with me. This has been happening since January 7, 2010. I need a solution so I can move on with my life. Thank you, Diana Baimbridge

Hey RLD,

I only live about an hour from that track and you didn't even invite me to test drive your new Viper. I will forgive you if you can offer a Challenger in sublime with a black interior. Maybe you can add some woodgrain or some other texture, color, etc. around the gauges so the interior isn't so boring. Chrome accents around the AC vents and the velour inserts in the doors, etc. would make it look a little more upscale and worth the pricy 40 grand. Heck, my interior in my 71 road runner looks more upscale. A few minor touches and you will have a great car inside and out. Time for a refresh, isn't it?

The CEO of the company. Personally overseeing the final development of a race car. That's passion, and that makes me proud to own Mopars.
