In the Crossover market, consumers must balance out their needs from hauling the kids to soccer practice to going on a camping vacation in the back woods. We know many folks want three rows of seats and plenty room to haul things but when it comes to actually hitting the trails and doing some rock crawling, it’ll probably never happen in their lifetime. Therefore extreme off-road capability isn’t on the top of the list when shopping for a Crossover. But when a torrential downpour has dumped eight inches of water in your path, it’s nice to know you can still get to your destination without being marooned at an intersection flagging down a police helicopter. Recently, the automotive editors at Popular Mechanics took seven Crossover vehicles and were subjected to a variety of road conditions that included a test track, freeway, back roads and even sand dunes. I love my DODGE AVENGER. I OWN a 2009. I have more options on my AVENGER than my brother-in-law has on his 2011 CHEVY MALIBU. GREAT ON GAS!! I have received many complements on the design. I would definitely buy another AVENGER. RANDY

Dodge, since you made a R/T version of the new Durango do you think you could make a SRT8 version.if you make it it may be the fastest SUV in its class, now i would so buy it

Just traded our ’99 Durango 4WD (120,000 mi) for a 2011 Citadel Hemi AWD. LOVE IT! Making arrangements for Flowmasters today.

With all this talk about “become the last”, to all you Dodge Dakota owners, today, August 23, 2011 the last Dakota will roll off the assembly line. That’s it for the Dakota as we know it. The next small pick up will be based on a car platform. Can’t wait to see that.
